Every general pest treatment comes with a 6-month warranty — but it's worth understanding how it actually works, so there's no confusion later.
A residual treatment doesn't hit full strength the moment we walk out the door — it takes around 6 weeks to fully establish. So the warranty clock starts 6 weeks after treatment, not on the day itself, and runs for 6 months from that point. That's the treatment doing its job properly before we put our name behind it.
Here's the honest bit: we live in Australia. Seeing the odd spider, ant or cockroach from time to time is normal — no treatment makes a property completely pest-free forever, and one stray bug isn't a warranty claim.
What the warranty covers is a genuine return of the problem you were treated for. If that happens within the window, we come back and sort it — no charge, no argument.
